I have never gotten treatment on time. I am always waiting 30+ min. One time they told me to come at 7:30 am but no one was there. I waited and another patient called someone. Finally about 30 min later someone showed up. I think she was a manager. She struggled with the computer and has many excuses for what was happening.
I have been in there 4 times now. The waiting room has stained chairs and carpet which makes me doubt their cleanliness. All the garland makes me feel stressed as it is everywhere. The hygienist is very nice as is Dr. Napoly.
